He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn J. Sr. Mull and Joyce Williams Mull. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Styer Mull; his sons, Josh and Alex Mull; his siblings, Deb Cunningham (Dave) and Jeff Mull (Karla); the mother of his children Kathy Butzer; his sisters-in-law, Luann Pearson, Linda Lockard and Kathy Styer; and his mother-in-law Joyce Styer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
