He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Maxwell and Lillian Maxwell (Raebuck). He is survived by: his wife Judy Grove; his children, Shawn Maxwell (Barbara) of Mount Joy and Stephanie Taylor (Jeffrey) of York; and his grandchildren, Dylan (Jessica), Connor, Ashley, Alexa, Paige, Hayley and Jaden.
