It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Zeller (Mount Joy, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 1, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Brooks III and Thelma Brooks Bowman; her husband Charles H. "Charlie" Zeller; her children, Scott Zeller (Anna Marie) of Virginia Beach and Jaclyn Johnson (James) of Marietta; her grandsons, Dylan James Johnson and Charles Asher Johnson; her stepgrandchildren, John Edwin Garcia, Sandra Marie Garcia, Edwin Andrew Garcia and Julyanna Garcia; and her brother Harry Brooks IV.
