He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry F., Jr. and Edith Lillian Hart (Decker); and his sister Joyce Minnich. He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Hart (Bertrand); his children, Adam Hart, Jonathan (Tonya Hart) and Amy (Kevin Yurasits); his siblings, Michael Hart and Susan Lilly; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Connor, Breana, Magadalena, Allison and Hailey.
