He was predeceased by: his spouse Carol J. Singer (Junn); his parent Clyde Milton; and his brothers, Clyde, Jr., Elmer, Kenneth and Harry.
He is survived by: his parent Bertha Viola Singer (Baker); his sons, Jacob, David, Stephen and Daniel; his foster daughter Brenda Reese; and his siblings, Paul Singer and Viola Smith.
