It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Jane Howell (Mount Joy, Pennsylvania), born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 24, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Clause and Anna Clause (Remaly); her husband Dr. Richard C. Howell; her son Daniel J. Howell; and her brother James Clause.
She is survived by: her sons, David W. (Gloria) of Suffolk, VA, Timothy R. (Carla) of Manheim and Philip C. (Jennifer) of Marietta; and her daughter-in-law Janette L. Howell of Mount Joy. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
