He was predeceased by: his parents, Chares O. Lucabaugh and Estella M. Lucabaugh (Myers); and his brothers, Russell Lucabaugh and Alvin. He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean (Becker); his children, Ricky Scott Lucabaugh (Sharon), Charles T. Lucabaugh, Lori Kibler (Michael) and Lisa Buckwalter (John); his grandchildren, Jason, Ricky, Mason, Jesse, Heather, Morgan, Kyle, Jordan, Jensen, Samuel, Becker and Emmerson; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Grace, Brantleigh, River, Lance, Holston and Colton; and his sisters, Evelyn Jacobs and Shirley Corcoran.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines and in compliance with health and public safety directives, those attending the services will be required to wear masks.
