She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Welsch and Katherine Welsch (Puljer); and her husband George A. Moyer, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Kathryn (Hugh Wenger) and Bruce A. Moyer of Dover, DE; her granddaughters, Kimberly (Collin Sanford) and Allison Moyer; her great grandchildren, Micah and Zachary Sanford; and her brother Eugene (Thelma Welsch).
