He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Charles and Catherine V. Hostetter (Wingert); his siblings, John Jacob Hostetter and Helena Nye; and his nephew Ralph Nye.
He is survived by: his siblings, Alma Catharine Hostetter and Aaron Siegrist Hostetter (Bernice); his nieces, Brenda Maddy (Robert), Cheryl Cook, Rosalie Flook and Marian Conley (Joseph); and his niece-in-law Brenda Nye. He is also survived by eleven great nieces and nephews; and five great great nieces and nephews.
