She was predeceased by: her parent Leon Ziolkowski; and her spouse Philip J. Jerman. She is survived by: her parent Frances Ziolkowski (Nelegra); and her sons, Robert Jerman (Cindi) of Mount Joy and Philip J. Jerman Jr..
