He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Walker and Lillian Dalrymple Walker; and his brother Allen "Tom" Walker. He is survived by: his wife Penny Carlson Walker; his children, Kim Bloom (Tom) of Corry, PA, Richard (Rick), Denny Walker (Jodi) of Smethport, PA, Wendy Bradshaw (Mark) of Betula, PA and William "Bill" Walker (Beth) of Clermont; his grandchildren, Ashley Haines (Joe), Dustin Hedlund (Casey), Brooke Walker, Kylie Bobenrieth, Ashley Bell (Chad), Kayla Goodreau (Brad), Logan Claycomb (Kayelyn), Akers of Montana, Gillian Walker and Harley Walker; and his siblings, Eugene Walker of Hazelhurst, Jack Walker (Carol) of Hazelhurst, Robert Walker (Susan) of Clermont and Helen "Susie" Swanson of Kane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
