It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Kramer (Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania), born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 30, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Tanger and Ruth Tanger (Hill); her spouse Glenn G. Kramer; and her siblings, Leo George Jr., Carl, Robert Eugene Tanger, Pauline McCoy and Linda Tanger.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Yohe (Amos) of Newville, Star Wiskeman (Tony) of Carlisle and Cindy Piper (Donni) of Gardners; and her sister Donna Myers of St. Petersburg Florida. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
