She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Clancy and Edna Clancy (Hafer); her husband Gary Palmer, Sr.; and her siblings, Judith Eppley and Robert Clancy.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Palmer (Kim) of Mechanicsburg, Kathy Brenneman of Mt. Holly Springs and Kelly Davis (Jim) of Palmyra; her brother Patrick Clancy (Sherry) of Dover; and her sister-in-law Cindy Clancy of York. She is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church, Mt. Holly Church of God.
