He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Edgar Hockenberry and Bessie L. Hockenberry (Cooper); and his siblings, Roy C., John C., Clyde, Frank, James Hockenberry, Mary K. Fetter, Marie R. Barrick and Elsie Warner.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa E. Hockenberry (Lebo) of Mt. Holly Springs; his daughter Cindy Richards of Mechanicsburg; and his grandson Josh L. Thumma of Mechanicsburg.
