He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ricky Repsher and Patricia Mongovan. He is survived by: his wife Ginger; his son Randy Jr.; his siblings, Robert (Ellen) of North Carolina, Terry (Linda) of Hawley and Karen Repsher of Honesdale; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Mongovan of Honesdale, Bob Hess Sr. (Patty Naro) of Newfoundland, Tim Hess Sr. (Heather) of Waymart, Kimberly Hess (Ginny Grove) of Scranton and Kerry Beemer of Newfoundland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks to refrain from sending flowers but in Randy's honor donate to the Light of Christ Church Building Fund.
