He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Kozlowski and Mary Kozlowski (Unterreiner); his siblings, William Kozlowski and Janice Kozlowski; and his brothers-in-law, Anthony Delorso, Sr. and William Janovich.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Ann Delorso of Maryland and James Kozlowski of Atlas; his nieces, Michelle McMurtrie of Coal Township and Denise Migliaccio (Frank) of Maryland; his nephew Anthony Delorso of Maryland; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica McMurtrie, Gianna Delorso, Dominic Delorso and River Delorso. He is also survived by his nieces, nephew, great nieces and great nephews.
