He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Matukaitis and Sophia Matukaitis (Beckno); and his parents-in-law, Robert and Alma Hunsel. He is survived by: his wife Alice Matukaitis (Hunsel) of Elysburg; his children, Michael S. Matukaitis (Amy Lowe Matukaitis) of Lewisburg, Jason B. Matukaitis of Koa, Hawaii, Lisa M. Matukaitis of Camp Hill and Jennifer L. Othmer (Philipp Othmer) of Lititz; his grandchildren, Jackson Matukaitis, Ethan Cohen, Bennett Cohen, Brooks Walker, Evan Walker, Lennon Othmer, Lydia Matukaitis, Ava Othmer and Alice Othmer; and his sister Debra Roeding (Andy) of Center Valley. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law as well as many nieces and nephews.
