Miskell of Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania, born in Shamokin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Miskell (Mizak) and Vincent "Pinky" Miskell of Mount Carmel; and his wife Donna Miskell (Pasipanko). He is survived by: his daughter Valerie Ann Finlan (Marty) of Jonestown; his cousins, Bonnie Polomski, Melanie Mizak Williams, Roberta Mizak and Jay Jashinskie of Mount Carmel; his goddaughter Maria Bebenek (Rodney) of Harrisburg; and his niece Denise Stich. He is also survived by other cousins, relatives, and friends.
