He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. McCullough Sr. and Rita M. McCullough; his brothers, James Jr., Brian and John; and his sister-in-law Liza McCullough.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Fleury (Jim), Colleen Giorgi (Dominic) and Michael McCullough; his siblings, Rita, Peggy McCullough and Gregory McCullough; his sister-in-law Linda Mc Cullough; and his grandchildren, Joey, Danny and Sarah. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
