He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dianne Adzema (Scicchitano) and Edward N. Adzema; his wife Candice Boylan; his children, Luke of Kulpmont, Jacob of Kulpmont and Talia Adzema of Kulpmont; his sister Kelly Conches of Natalie; his niece Taylor Conches; his nephew Michael Conches; and his mother-in-law Barbara Boylan of Kulpmont. He was also cherished by uncles, aunts, cousins and many friends.
