She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Pegoretti and Marie Pegoretti (Long); her husband Norman R. "Babe" Shoffler; and her brother Paul. She is survived by: her children, Loretta Smith, Richard Shoffler, Diane Ortiz and Karen Seinhart; her grandchildren, Charles Henderson, Michelle Ortiz, James Ortiz, Clarissa Thomas–Steinhart and Brendyn Steinhart; her great grandchild Alex Henderson; and her aunt Alma Querry.
