He was predeceased by: his parent Sabatino D'Amico; his brothers, Edward D'Amico and Albert D'Amico; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Hirsch and John Siedlecki.
He is survived by: his parent Mary C. D'Amico (Vallozza); his spouse Jane Anne Higgins; his children, Joseph R. D'Amico (Carol Ann) of Mount Carmel and Lisa Anne D'Amico of Atlas; his grandsons, Joseph John D'Amico of Mount Carmel and James Frances D'Amico; his sisters, Mary Hirsch of Mount Carmel and Eleanor Siedlecki of Exton; and also William M. McAndrew of Atlas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
