He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kwiatkowski and Jean Cripps Kwiatkowski; and his brother Jim Vitale. He is survived by: his wife Carol Keefer; his children, Rod (Kim) and Ranae Amezquita; his son-in-law Joe; his daughter Rachel Chesney; his son-in-law Jeff; his child Reagan Haberl; his grandchildren, Ralene Kwiatkowski, Kyle, Katelyn, Kelsey Amezquita, Nicholas, Derek Chesney, Olivia and Luke Haberl; and his great grandchildren, Natalia, Aubrey and Zoey Pino.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the C. J. Lucas Funeral Home (27 N Vine St, Mt Carmel, PA 17851). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
