She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Simmons and Clinton Simmons; her husband Anthony Adams II; and her siblings, Nancy, Mary Lou and Clinton.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Adams III (Jennifer Wehry), Michael Adams, MD, Tony Adams, MD, Timothy Adams, MD and Nancy Adams, MD; and her brother Howard Simmons, MD. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
