It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Ann Long of Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania, born in Ashland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Latshaw and Anna Latshaw (Emrich); her husband Steven Long; her children, Robert Long, Steven Long and Joanne Kijewski; and her siblings, Dot, Ruthann, Lily, Thomas, John and Leroy.
She is survived by: her son Rick Long (Peggi) of Mount Carmel; her grandchildren, Matthew Minnig (Steph Stewart), Ami Minnig, Megan Savitski (Matt), Kristin Malick (Josh), Mark Minnig (Madison Joe O'Leary), Lisa Womer and Denise Kijewski; her great grandchildren, Aurora Minnig, Perci Pilkus, Ryland Malick, Pierce Smith, David Womer, Sullivan Womer, Maggie Womer and Daniel Kijewski; and her brothers, Adam Latshaw (Angie) of Kulpmont, Mike Latshaw of Mount Carmel and James Latshaw of Mount Carmel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
