We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2019, at the age of 66, Janice Kozlowski (Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania), born in Shamokin, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Kozlowski and Mary Kozlowski (Unterreiner); her brother William Kozlowski; her brothers-in-law, Anthony Delorso and William Janovich; and her nephew-in-law Robbie McMurtrie.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Ann Delorso, MD, James Kozlowski and Walter Kozlowski; her nieces, Michelle McMurtrie and Denise Migliaccio (Frank, MD); her nephew Anthony Delorso, MD; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica McMurtrie, Gianna Delorso, Dominic Delorso and River Delorso.
