She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Wapinsky and Anna Wapinsky (Lukach); her husband Thomas G. Horan; and her siblings, Joseph, Michael and Margaret.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Horan of Mount Carmel and Maryann Wolfgang (John) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Tyler Wolfgang, Thomas Wolfgang, Kelly Horan and Jacob Horan; and her sister-in-law Dolores Wapinsky of Frackville.
