He is survived by: his parent Mary Mostik (Mekosh); his spouse Lori Kozar; his former wife Lori Mostik of Coal Township; his children, Frank Mostik III of Coal Township, Stephanie Lubeskie of Coal Township and Nicole Jilinski (Robert) of Kulpmont; his grandchildren, Carly Lubeskie and Cole Jilinski; his siblings, Kevin Mostik (Kara) of Elysburg and Mary Ellen Mostik of Atlas; his siblings-in-law, Cindy Rebuck and Michael (Marion Kozar); his nieces and nephews, Kevin Mostik, Kyle Mostik, Robbie Kozar, Michael Kozar, Kristin Reed and Loren Kozar; and his significant other Gloria Mirarchi Blusius of Shamokin.
