She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Querell and Ruth Coaker; her husband Anthony Slavinsky; her daughter Judith Bradshaw; and her granddaughter Andrea Bradshaw.

She is survived by: her son Anthony F. Slavinsky (Mildred); and her grandchildren, Renata Bradshaw, Anthony J., Jeri Lynn Slavinsky and Stacy Hughes (Daniel). She is also survived by several great grand children.
