We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Eugenia Mathias of Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kundis and Eva Kundis (Waryan); her husband Anthony Mathias; her siblings, Peter Kundis, Harrold Kendon, Paul Kundis, Walter Kundis and Lydia Kundis; and her grandson Wil Sweny.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Mathias of Mt. Carmel and Pamela Sweny (Timothy) of Holland, MA; her brother Phillip Kundis of Mt. Carmel; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Sapaugh (Marie) of Mansfield, CT, Alyson Sapaugh of Palmer, MA, Tyler Sapaugh of Mill Valley, CA and Travis Sweny of Webster, MA. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mount Carmel Public Library, 30 S. Oak Street, Mt. Carmel, PA 17851.
