Carmel and Karli Madison of Natalie; his siblings, James Madison of Atlas, Preston Madison of West Virgina, Brenda Cogar of West Virginia and Peggy Smalles of West Virginia; his foster brothers, Allen Church and Charles Church of West Virginia; and his sister Joan Lunsford of West Virginia. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
