She was predeceased by: her parents, George Nadzon, Sr. and Dora Nadzon (Katchmer); her spouse Billie Hertzog; her children, Thomas Hertzog and Donna Yucha; and her son-in-law Carl Yucha.

She is survived by: her son Robert Hertzog (Cathy) of Merriam; and her daughter-in-law Christine Hertzog of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made to the Grace United Church of Christ, 136 East Third Street, Mount Carmel, PA 17851.
