It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy (Dot) Ecker (Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 6, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl DePretis and Anna DePretis (Pretko); and her husband Robert L. Ecker Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Robert L. Ecker Jr. (Judith) of Mount Carmel, Joan Ecker of Strong and Kathleen Sentkoski (Paul) of Mount Carmel; her granddaughter Jennifer Wojtowicz (Dave); her great grandchild Orion of Catawissa; her grandchildren, Kimberly Olson (Matt), Robert L. Ecker III of Mount Carmel, Pamela Evans (Melvin) of Mount Carmel and Andrea Eckard (Todd) of Williamsport; her cousins, Sally Vavrasak, Carol, Patrick Murphy, Charlene Shuder, Joseph (Butch), Floss Ecker and Peggi Minnig; and also Bella. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
