It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Debra Ann Rooney (Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Amarose and Marion Aranavage; her son Justin Amarose; and her brother-in-law Robert Beattie. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Yeager (Greg) of Shillington; and her siblings, John Amarose (Maria) of Mount Carmel, Edward Amarose (Lisa) of Atlas, Mark Amarose (Elizabeth) of Danville, Matthew Amarose of Mount Carmel, Peter Amarose of Atlas, Mary Beattie of Nescopeck, Isabell Amarose of Atlas, Eileen Lindemuth (Robert) of Mount Carmel and Theresa Fingers (John) of North Carolina. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Lucas Funeral Home Inc. (27 N Vine St, Mt Carmel, PA 17851). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mommy and Me Rescue, 610 E 5th St, Mt Carmel, PA 17851, or to the C J Lucas Funeral Home Inc., 27 N. Vine St, Mount Carmel, PA, 17851, to defray funeral expenses.
