She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Zujkiewicz and Angela Zujkiewicz (Kazmerski). She is survived by: her children, Rachel and Lauren Startzel; and her siblings, Anthony and Thomas Zujkiewicz. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, and cousins.
