She is survived by: her sons, Richard Mychak (Patricia) of Shady Acres and Robert Mychak (Roseanne) of Shenandoah; her grandchildren, Patti (Kevin Parker), Debbie, Robert and Shawn; and her great grandchildren, Allison and Sara Parker. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
