He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Evans and Jean Evans (Wysocki); and his sister Marian Dzvileski. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Evans and Carol Evans; his brother Kenneth Evans (Debra); his brother-in-law Ted Dzvileski; his nephew Drew Dzvileski (Nicole); and his nieces, Stacey Dzvileski and Kellie Evans. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
