She was predeceased by: her father John Butler. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Madden of Mt. Carmel; her mother Marguerite Fasnacht (Borrelle) of Yorkville; her daughters, Nicole Horn (Brad) of Lancaster, Karissa Masters of Selinsgrove and Jessica Rona of Mt. Carmel; her siblings, John Butler of Schuylkill Haven, Linda Laudeman (Michael) of Minersville, Lynette Bohrman (Jim) of Orwigsburg, Charlotte Kocher (Ed) of Lititz and Cheryl Major (Gary) of Pottsville; and her grandchildren, Conner, Makayla, Peyton, Abigail and Bailey. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
