He was predeceased by: his parents, William V. Horsfield and Irene Horsfield (Minnier); and his siblings, Faye Reiner, Irene Alvera, Vernon and Herbert Horsfield.

He is survived by: his brother Albert Horsfield; and his sister-in-law Carol Colruss.
