She was predeceased by: her spouse Charles E. Smith Jr.; her daughter Gloria Jean Smith; her siblings, Walter Hopey (Lillian), Catherine Yoka (Jerome), Mary Perski (Henry), Olga Urbanovich (John), Anastasia Hopey and Mildred Horwath (John); and her brother-in-law Stanley Blake.
She is survived by: her parents, John Hopey and Anna Hopey (Wesloski); her children, Mary Ann Clark (George), Sandy Wolff (John), Charlie Smith of Danville and Wally Smith of Danville; her grandchildren, Matthew Clark, Thomas Wolff and Elizabeth Wolff; her great grandchildren, Camden Clark, Christopher Clark and Evolet Clark; and her sister Eleanor Blake. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
