She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Sarisky and Helen Sarisky (Sarisky); her husband Andrew E. Polinski; her son Robert D. Polinski; her brother John Sarisky; her grandson David Polinski; her sisters, Dorothy Bottari and Marie Gabriele; her nephew John Sarisky, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Vincent Bottari, Sam Gabriele and Theresa Sarisky.
She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Polinski of Mt. Carmel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Joseph J. Stutz, Inc. Funeral Home (40 S Market St, Mt Carmel, PA 17851). A Mass will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (47 S Market St, Mt Carmel, PA 17851). A burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the All Saints Cemetery.
