She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Sarisky and Helen Sarisky (Sarisky); her husband Andrew E. Polinski; her son Robert D. Polinski; her brother John Sarisky; her grandson David Polinski; her sisters, Dorothy Bottari and Marie Gabriele; her nephew John Sarisky, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Vincent Bottari, Sam Gabriele and Theresa Sarisky.
She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Polinski of Mt. Carmel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
