He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Neigh Meixsell (Silfies) and William Neigh, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Christine G. Neigh (Savitz); his children, William Neigh (Carol), Denise Ott (Eric Harper), Wendy Mulligan (Glenn) and Lisa Gava (Andylee); his siblings, Craig Meixsell (Marion), Michael Meixsell (Michelle) and Roxanne Purdy (Jordan); and his grandchildren, Ricky, Tiffany Ott, Josh Harper, Jessica Mulligan Petrulsky, Heather Cleary, Zachary Neigh, Benjamin Neigh, Andylee Gava, Jr., Westen Gava and Cody Gava. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
