With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vicky Lynn Perchaylo (Mount Bethel, Pennsylvania), born in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 3, 2020 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Smith (Miller) and Gerald Smith, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Steven G. Perchaylo; her sons, Frank and Steven Perchaylo; her siblings, Diane Jurovcik, Daniel and Jeff Smith; and her grandson Steven Perchaylo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
