He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Seymour Thomas Percival II and Elsie Elizabeth Percival (Green); and his brother Bob Percival. He is survived by: his wife Grace Percival (Morris); his children, Ginny Cashuric (Joe), Suzanne Percival and David Percival (Tracy); and his brothers, Milt Percival (Amy) and Chap Percival (Bonnie). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter, and several stepchildren.
