With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth A. Oyer (Mount Bethel, Pennsylvania), born in Locustdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 15, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fishburn and Doretta Fishburn (Kehler); her children, Deborah and Raymond Scott; her grandson Riko; and her son-in-law Daniel Masten.
She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Carol Scott (Masten), Deidre Garcia (Bondari) and Richard Scott (Debi); her sister Loretta Sabol; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Michael, Carl, Kimberly, Amanda, Thomas, Emily, Hillary and Santanna. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
