It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Oyer of Mount Bethel, Pennsylvania, born in East Bangor, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 26, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Oyer and Evelyn Oyer (Brittian); and his grandson Riko. He is survived by: his children, Carol Scott-Masten, Deidre Garcia-Bondari and Richard Scott (Debi); and his grandchildren, Jessica, Michael, Carl, Kimberly, Amanda, Thomas, Emily, Hillary and Santanna. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
