He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Frutchey and Margie Frutchey (Bonser); and his brother Robert Frutchey. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Frutchey (Good); his children, Kevin Frutchey (Karen) and Karen Frutchey Gramberg (Charlie); his grandchildren, Heather O'Neil (Ed IV), Megan Frutchey (Jack Santos), Charles Jr., Taylor and Nicole Gramberg; and his great grandchildren, Eddie V, Kevin and Erin O'Neil.
