He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Dr. Richard L Raesly of Frostburg, MD, Susan Armstrong of Mt. Bethel, PA and Sharon Potter (James) of Mt. Bethel, PA; and his grandchildren, Ashely Kelton (Ian), James Paul Potter and Claire Raesly.
