She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bollinger and Catherine Bollinger (Hanley); her husband Edward J. D'Amelio; and her daughters, Angela and Patricia.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy (Chris), Neal and Ed (Mary). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
