She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Mueger and Margarete Mueger; her son Peter Ackerman; and her sister Helene Helgesen. She is survived by: her friend Rickey Herring; her child Youth; her husband Earl; her sons, Jeff Ackerman (Amy Ackaway), Roy Ackerman (Annette), James Ackerman (Karen) and Michael Ackerman (Cathy); her grandchildren, William, Jennifer, Cristie, Alyssa, Jessica and Kirstin; and her great grandchildren, Bradley and Brett. She is also survived by five sons and six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
